Chain link fences are generally the most affordable, while wood privacy and ornamental fencing cost more. • Absolutely not. Most clients don't know exactly what they want either. Once we meet in person, we can discuss possible options and work through the details with you.

  • Most residential fence installations can be completed within 2-3 days depending on property size, ground terrain and weather conditions.

  • The best fence depends on your goals. Wood fencing is great for privacy, chain link is a cost-effective option for security and pets, and ornamental fencing offers a more decorative, upscale look. During your estimate, we’ll help you choose the best option based on your property, budget, and preferences.

  • Permit requirements vary by city and county in Washington. In many cases, permits are not required for standard residential fences, but height limits and property line rules still apply. We’re happy to help guide you through local requirements during your estimate.

  • Fence lifespan depends on the material and maintenance. In the Pacific Northwest climate:

    • Wood fences typically last 10–20 years

    • Chain link fences can last 20+ years

    • Ornamental iron or aluminum fences can last 30+ years

Proper maintenance can significantly extend the life of your fence.
